Summary of Unit / InquiryThis last unit of inquiry for students in World History I focuses on the rise and fall of Feudal Europe after the fall of the Roman Empire. Students will be learning about how Charlemagne brought Western Europe under his rule and how and why Feudalism developed. Upon learning the specific social order of Feudalism, students will be armed with a strong understanding and background knowledge to resume their studies next year in World History II.
